Services

• •Routine and preventive care: consultations, nurse consultations, vaccinations, parasite control, microchipping, blood pressure checks, and six-month health checks.
• •Procedures and treatment: neutering, dentistry, surgery and diagnostics, and referrals for soft tissue surgery.
• •Minor and practical care: nail clipping, anal sac expression, pet travel documentation for GB, and home visits.
• •Appointment experience: owners often mention pets being helped to feel calm and comfortable during visits, with reviews highlighting reassuring handling for dogs and cats, clear explanations of options, and good communication from the team.
• •Emergency arrangements: during normal opening hours the practice asks clients to call the clinic for guidance; when closed at night or weekends, emergency care is provided through MiNightVet Portsmouth.

Pricing

Published prices suggest the clinic sits below average, based on a partial sample of comparable services. Owner feedback is mixed: one reviewer described the practice as overpriced, while another highlighted a proof-of-castration form being signed free of charge.
