The service from the staff has been excellent. They were all so kind and caring towards our Guinea Pig. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Simply the most amazing and compassionate vets i have ever been with ...they cant do enough for your fur babies and are always there to answer questions help sort issues and have the most amazing staff that actually care for your pets AMAZING 10/10

My daughter and I went in with our 2 kittens to get them checked , the vet , seeming somewhat scared to actually pick up the kittens for some reason, asked my daughter to hold them up while inserting the thermometer, obviously the kittens scratched the living daylights out of my daughter while the vet would step back to not get scratched instead of help hold the kittens . We left with blood trickling down my daughter's hands and the vet saying to take care of ourselves. The least he could've done is offer a tissue. Very disappointed as up until the vet , all other staff were lovely.

I have cats, rabbits and a dog who are patients of this practice. I have been using them for over 11 years and they have always been helpful, friendly, caring and explain any problems in a way that is easy to understand. Their prices are competitive, and I would recommend being part of one of their various payment plans which really help with the cost of flea and tick medication, worming and yearly boosters. Lots of parking, and very convenient inside Pets at Home.
